On Monday, Mr. Sehr’s 5th graders practiced the engineering process during science.
Students were given 2 paper clips, 4 rubber bands, 6 feet of yarn, 1 foot of masking tape, scissors, a piece of paper, a styrofoam cup and a Dixie Cup to create a way of dropping a ping pong ball inside a cup placed in the center of a circle. However, there’s a catch, no parts of their body could enter the circle at any time!
